Zero-tolerance ANTI-SPAM policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy toward UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) and SPAM. Our Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing. Any affiliate who spams will be immediately terminated from our program and all money will be forfeited.
Opt-in email lists
You are allowed to use your own double opt-in email list ONLY. Your own list mean that all your subscribers on list MUST subscribed at website owned by you and you can proof that.
Affiliates are NOT allowed to use somebodys else opt-in email list. Affiliates are NOT allowed to use co-op opt-in email list. All emails must comply with federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
Commission
This program pays 8% commission.
Commision payments is by PayPal.com or Check/Money Order. If you can not accept payments made by PayPal.com or Check/Money Order you can not join this program.
Commission is not paid for your own purchases, your family purchases, purchases made from the same physical mailing address or household, purchases made from the same IP address which was used for joining program. Please do not join if the only reason is to get discount on you own purchase, you will not be paid if this is the case. |
